Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 7 direct reports from multi disciplines
* Oversee day-to-day operations of a critical environment
* Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and performance
* Support strategic operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Experience working in a data centre or critical environment would be advantageous
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
* High Voltage (HV) experience preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
