The Role - PPA Teacher
As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for covering classes across the school to provide teachers with Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. You will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring continuity of learning across different year groups.
You will be required to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Strong behaviour management and flexibility are essential, as you will be working across a range of ages and abilities.
You will work closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure pupils remain engaged and continue to make progress in their learning.
