Your Role: Driving Operational Excellence
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of 20 professionals (including Team Leaders and Senior Lab Technicians) while working a Continental shift pattern.
Your core focus areas will include:

P&L & Output Accountability: Managing daily budgets, throughput rates, standard hours, and recovery planning.

Operational Improvement: Championing "Zero Harm" and "Zero Defects" through robust Lean, 6S, and Six Sigma initiatives.
*
Leadership: Mentoring, motivating, and developing your team to ensure peak performance.
*
Strategic Execution: Translating high-level business goals into daily, measurable actions on the shop floor.
*
Safety Culture: Maintaining rigorous compliance and driving a proactive safety-first mindset.
