The Role:
Think Education is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 2 class teacher to join this dedicated team as soon as possible. You will take full ownership of your class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that prepare children for their KS1 assessments while nurturing a genuine love of learning. You will build warm relationships with pupils and families and be a consistent, positive presence every day.
Strong behaviour management is at the heart of what the school is looking for. They want someone who uses a calm, consistent and restorative approach creating a classroom where every child feels safe, respected and ready to learn.
What we are looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Proven, confident behaviour management skills
• Experience teaching or strong confidence working at KS1/Year 2
• The ability to plan and deliver inspiring, age-appropriate lessons
