ROLE: Production Operative
LOCATION: Wellingborough
HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Thursday- Rotating shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)
BASIC SALARY: £15.47 per hour
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 28 days holiday, pension, 4 day working week, overtime available at enhanced rates, Temp to Perm opportunities, all breaks paid.

Our client is seeking a Production operative to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. Packing products to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. You'll be working for a well-established food production business with over 70 years of existence supplying huge brands with high performing world class products.
In this Production operative role, you will:
Assemble packaging products and pack finished goods
Replenish the product on filling and packing lines
Machine Operating and packing on a production line
Working in a fasted paced environment
Maintain an excellent standard of housekeepingTo be successful as a Production operative you must:
Dexterous, ability to work quickly, accurately and safely
Excellent communication
Looking for long term work
Able to work the shifts above
Desire to work in line with the company values
