Salary: £13.00 per hour (£26,400 per year) + Overtime + Bonus + Pension

We combine 100+ years of expertise with a modern, innovative mindset and we’re looking for a Factory Operator to join our friendly team.
This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone hands-on with good maths skills who wants to build a career in manufacturing. Full training provided.
What You’ll Do
• Operate machinery (full training provided).
• Carry out manual manufacturing and packaging tasks.
• Work from job cards and engineering drawings.
• Use basic measurement tools (vernier, micrometer).
• Check product quality and support a zero-defect approach.
• Follow health & safety guidelines and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace (5S).
What We’re Looking For
• Living within 30–45 minutes of Walthamstow.
• NVQ Level 2 or good GCSEs (especially maths).
• Good communication skills (fluent English).
• Team player, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with manual lifting.
