We are recruiting for an IT Technician to join a well-established, family-owned business based in West Bromwich.

The role:
As IT Technician, you will be responsible for supporting users across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and resolving issues as they arise. This is a fully site-based role, working closely with colleagues across all departments.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide 1st/2nd line support to internal users
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
* Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and user accounts
* Assist with ongoing IT projects and system improvements
* Maintain IT documentation and support processes
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in an IT support or IT Technician role
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
* Comfortable working in a fully on-site role (5 days a week)
* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
