We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer / Bricklayer to join a busy housing and maintenance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work with a well-structured schedule.
The Role
You will carry out a range of roofing and bricklaying repairs and maintenance across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Roofing repairs and maintenance (tiles, slates, flat roofs, etc.)
• Bricklaying, pointing, and general masonry repairs
• Diagnosing faults and identifying appropriate repair solutions
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards
• Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
Requirements
• Proven experience in roofing and/or bricklaying
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work safely at heights
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
