We’re working with a number of secondary schools across Mansfield who are looking for reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support them on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom in the absence of a teacher and deliver pre-set work. This is a great opportunity if you’re considering a career in teaching or already have experience working with young people.
You will be responsible for:
* Supervising whole classes and ensuring students stay on task
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Providing a calm, structured learning environment
