How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Greenacre Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for at least one, possibly two, exceptional Recruitment Consultants to join our high‑performing Property Services & Asset Management team.

    This is one of the busiest desks in the social housing sector. Roles come in constantly, our reputation is strong, and clients genuinely value the way we work. You’ll be stepping into an environment where relationships are warm, doors are already open, and the market is thriving.

    You’ll still need to build and shape your own desk, It’s a brilliant platform for someone who wants to grow a desk with the support of a well‑known brand that’s trusted across the sector.

    If you’re driven, commercially sharp, and excited by the idea of joining a team with momentum, this is a brilliant time to come on board.

    To really thrive in this role, you’ll be a natural relationship builder, someone who enjoys getting out to meet clients and candidates, strengthening connections and opening new doors. You’ll also be confident on the phone, making high‑quality, purposeful calls that drive your desk forward. The more energy and intent you put into the role, the more you’ll get back.

    Knowledge of Property Services and Asset Management within the social housing sector would be a real advantage, helping you hit the ground running in a fast‑paced, opportunity‑rich environment.
