Quality Engineer

We are proud to be working with our prestigious client who due to expansion are looking for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in driving root cause analysis, improving process effectiveness, and ensuring product conformity using quality tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities for Quality Engineer:

* Assist with day-to-day internal and external quality related issues and queries

* Lead 8D problem-solving, ensuring effective containment, root cause identification, and corrective actions.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete 8Ds, NPRs, and CRMAs on time.

* Review and process NCRs from supplier, customer, and internal sources.

* Define containment, disposition, and risk for non-conforming products.

* Raise and manage CRMAs/SRMAs to closure; validate corrective actions.

* Support internal audits to ISO 9001 / AS9120 / ISO 13485 standards.

* Apply Lean tools and support 5S implementation across operations.

* Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and process changes.

* Produce regular reports on NCRs, complaints, audits, and progress.

* Support FAIR creation and review.

The person for Quality Engineer:

* Strong 8D and structured problem-solving knowledge.

* Understanding of ISO 9001, AS9120, and/or ISO 13485.

* Experience with NCR systems and corrective action processes.

* Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised.

* Strong communication and ability to coach others
