We are looking for a motivated and organised Branch Supervisor to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and planning support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Imprest and owned stock in line with company processes and high inventory control standards.
* Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring stock levels, rotation, and housekeeping meet company expectations.
* Follow structured processes and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
* Promote company products and services, particularly within truck and trailer parts or similar sectors.
* Proactively identify, develop, and secure new customer accounts.
* Manage and grow existing key customers relationships, ensuring expectations are meet and exceeded.
* Deliver excellent customer service both face to face and via telephone.
* Function as a professional point on contact for customers, representing the company’s values and reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in stock handling and Sales ideally within truck and trailer parts or similar industry
* Strong understanding of stock processes, inventory control, and operational standards
* Excellent organizational skills
* Effective communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with management.
* Commercially aware, and confident in making sound decisions.
* Experience in working to targets and KPI-driven environments.
Hours of Work:
