About the Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning.
This role allows you to:

• Build confidence in the UK curriculum and expectations
• Work flexibly around your availability
About the Schools
We work with a wide range of welcoming and supportive primary, secondary and SEND schools across Kent and Medway. Many of our partner schools have experience working with international teachers and provide inclusive environments to help you settle into the UK education system.
Who We’re Looking For
We are actively seeking teachers who have trained or worked overseas and are now based in the UK.
You should have:
• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or overseas equivalent)
• Teaching experience gained internationally (UK experience not required)
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
• A willingness to learn UK safeguarding and school practices
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupils
