How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A key role within a fast‑paced FMCG manufacturing environment, responsible for converting supply plans into robust, executable production schedules across multiple production lines. You will work closely with planning, operations, quality and logistics teams to maintain service levels, optimise capacity and respond quickly to changing demand and production constraints.

    Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer operating across a large European production network, supplying high‑volume products in a quality‑critical, time‑sensitive environment. The business is process‑driven, highly collaborative and places strong emphasis on schedule adherence, continuous improvement and customer service.

    Description

    Build and manage short‑term production schedules within the frozen horizon across liquid and solid FMCG production lines
    Translate plan outputs into executable process orders, ensuring alignment with quality, safety and release requirements
    Coordinate daily with production teams to review performance, adapt schedules and manage deviations
    Manage tank and capacity planning, aligning closely with transport and logistics teams to meet shipment requirements
    Work with raw material planners to adjust schedules based on ingredient availability and call‑off changes
    Collaborate with master planners to manage major plan adjustments and escalations
    Act as the scheduling interface with customer care to support delivery changes and mitigate production delays
    Coordinate with quality teams to plan, schedule and execute rework activity where required
    Monitor and actively manage Adherence to Schedule KPIs, contributing to performance reviews and root‑cause analysis
    Represent Supply Chain in cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the siteProfile

    A successful Production Scheduler should have:

    2-3 years' experience in production scheduling or supply planning within FMCG or high‑volume manufacturing
    Strong understanding of integrated supply planning, scheduling and material flow in a short shelf‑life environment
    Experience working with SAP and advanced planning tools such as OMP and Business Objects
    Highly analytical, process‑driven and comfortable managing complexity and change
    Confident communicator able to influence across production, quality, logistics and customer‑facing teams
    Excellent time management skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetJob Offer
