Senior Service Controller
📍 Farnham Area
💰 Salary: £34,000 per annum
🕒 Full-time: Monday to Friday (07:30 – 17:00, with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Are you an organised, proactive professional with experience in service coordination or scheduling? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established plant equipment company seeking a Senior Service Controller to play a key role in keeping their operations running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you’ll be at the heart of the service team—coordinating engineers, managing schedules, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Organising and scheduling customer visits for field service engineers
* Handling incoming customer calls and service requests
* Booking and coordinating work efficiently with engineers
* Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
* Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar service controller, scheduling, or coordination role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* A proactive, problem-solving approach
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
