What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning delivery of multiple electrical compliance contracts end-to-end
* Driving performance, efficiency, and quality across all operations
* Managing engineers, admin, and technical teams to hit targets
* Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and ensuring full compliance
* Working directly with clients—building relationships, solving problems, and adding value
* Identifying where things can be better—and actually having the authority to fix them
What You Need
* Solid experience as an Electrical Contracts/Operations Manager
* NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition + 2391
* NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects
* Confidence to lead, challenge, and improve operations
