Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Furniture Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in M17. This is a hands-on role involving the preparation and packing of furniture for shipping and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Wrapping and packing furniture items securely for transport
* Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring items are protected and labelled correctly
* Heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred (but not essential)
* Ability to carry out heavy lifting on a daily basis
* Good attention to detail when packing items
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
