This role focuses on design-in / specification sales, working closely with customers at the early stages of product development to secure component selection and long-term revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive design-in opportunities with OEMs and engineering teams
* Build relationships with design engineers, R&D teams, and procurement
* Identify and win new business across a broad range of industries
* Provide technical guidance on electronic component solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle from concept through to production
* Collaborate with internal technical and product teams
What We’re Looking For
* Experience selling electronic components or related technical products
* Proven track record in design-in / specification sales
* Background in technologies such as semiconductors, passive components, connectors, embedded solutions or optoelectronics
* Ability to engage confidently with engineers and technical stakeholders
* Commercial mindset with strong business development skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
