We are partnering with a well-established, fast-paced organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function and support the delivery of key business objectives.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to support strategic people objectives
Provide expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Coach and support managers to build capability, engagement, and performance
Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Design and deliver training and development workshops
Manage, develop, and performance manage the HR team
Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and commercially focused
About you:
CIPD qualified
Experience gained within Professional Services - Essential
Proven HR generalist experience in a leadership role
Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
Confident influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders
Commercially aware, resilient, and solutions-focused
