We are currently recruiting three Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream primary school in Redbridge (Ilford). This is an excellent opportunity for committed and enthusiastic individuals looking to build long‑term experience within a supportive school environment.
About the role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across the classroom on a 1:1 and small‑group basis
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Help maintain a positive, structured learning environment
Support pupils with their academic and social development
Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learningThe ideal candidate will:
Have experience working in a primary school setting (desirable)
Be reliable, proactive, and confident in the classroom
Have a positive attitude and willingness to support pupils of varying abilities
Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
