Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef, you will support the day-to-day kitchen operation:
Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for large groups
Cater for dietary, medical and allergen requirements
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen
Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment
Contribute to continuous improvement within the kitchen
Assist with wider duties within a residential setting
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this Chef role, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Chef or cook within a busy kitchen
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen control
Ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
A flexible and team-focused approach to shift work
