A leading and well-established M&E contractor, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across the commercial and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the tendering and pre-construction process, working on electrical projects valued up to £4 million. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of commercial and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities
•Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates from drawings and specifications.
•Analyse tender documents and identify project requirements.
•Produce take-offs and pricing for materials, labour, and subcontractors.
•Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams during the tender process.
•Evaluate risks and opportunities within each tender.
•Ensure all submissions are completed on time and to a high standard.
•Support the pre-construction and project delivery teams as required.

Requirements
•Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E or building services sector.
•Experience tendering projects up to £4 million.
•Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical installations.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
•Strong communication and organisational skills.
•Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
