Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Preparing remeasures and variations for submission, including hands-on material re-measure, and agreeing final accounts with clients
* Supporting subcontract package management and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Providing commercial and contractual support to the Commercial Manager
* Undertaking internal valuations and producing cost reports
* Reporting on budgets and tracking variations
* Distributing and tracking invoices for approval
* Resolving queries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance teams (including monthly accruals)
Suitable applicants will hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying and be willing to be site based Mon-Fri.
