About the Role
A major food manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement across key product categories. You’ll ensure cost‑effective purchasing, supplier performance, and continuity of supply.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement across multiple product lines
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships
* Monitor stock levels, lead times, and supply chain performance
* Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams
