Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the Trust’s commercial strategy to increase income, sustainability and growth.
* Translate strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans.
* Identify and develop new income streams, partnerships and traded services.
* Provide commercial insight and analysis to support executive decision-making.
* Lead business development and expand external partnerships.
* Manage traded services to ensure strong performance, quality and compliance.
* Oversee procurement and contract management to maximise value and minimise risk.
* Lead commercial aspects of projects, assets and transformation programmes.
* Drive innovation through new service models and continuous improvement.
Leadership
* Lead, motivate and develop staff to deliver strategic objectives.
* Provide expert advice to executives, trustees and governors.
* Line manage staff and oversee delivery of the Trust’s strategic plan

£70000.00 - £78000.00 per year
