Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join their team in Southampton.
This is a full-time evening role working within an NHS healthcare environment, where maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards is essential.
The Role
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Working hours: 16:00 - 00:00
20 hours per week based at a clinic
Remaining hours covering additional sites and ad hoc cleaning duties
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality cleaning services across NHS and associated sites
Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards
Travel between sites as required (company vehicle provided for work use)
Adhere to all health & safety procedures
What's on Offer
Ā£12.71 per hour
Fully funded electric company van supplied
Weekly pay during the initial 3-month probation period
Monthly pay upon successful completion of probation
Full training provided
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Ability to travel between multiple sites
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
