Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie in New Alresford near Southampton, you'll be responsible for running your section and supporting smooth kitchen operations:
Managing your designated section during service
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Maintaining excellent mise en place
Supporting and guiding junior team members
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Controlling stock and reducing waste
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain consistency
