Parts Sales Representative

The role
As Parts Sales Representative, you will service trade and fleet customers across West Kent and South East London, selling van and HGV parts and identifying new revenue opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of targeted accounts while actively developing new business.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of targeted customers
* Undertake regular customer visits (weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly)
* Source and develop new business opportunities
* Follow up on leads and internal introductions
* Assess the viability of credit accounts for both client and customer
* Set up and onboard new customer accounts
* Promote the parts business and maximise sales potential
* Manage customer expectations on pricing and discounts
* Advise on stock, stock management and profiles
* Take and process orders via phone and email
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required
