We are hiring for an exciting new opening in Chelsea and are looking to appoint a high-calibre All Day Dining Manager to lead the operation.
While the title is All Day Dining Manager, this role operates at General Manager level, with full responsibility for the front-of-house operation, team leadership, and overall guest experience.
The concept is a premium, high-volume, all-day dining environment, combining a members’ club feel with a vibrant, personality-led restaurant. This is a hands-on, floor-led role where visibility, energy, and leadership are key.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full FOH operation
* Build, train, and develop a high-performing team
* Drive service standards and guest experience
* Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment
* Support commercial performance, labour control, and service delivery
We are looking for:
* Experience at AGM / GM level within all-day dining or members’ clubs
* A strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
* Background in high-volume, fast-paced environments
* A personable, engaging, and guest-focused approach
* Experience within openings is highly desirable
Package:
£55–60k base + ~£30–35k service
