My client is looking for a Customer Services & Estimating Co‑ordinator to join their professional and friendly team. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where delivering excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly are key.
The Role
You'll be a main point of contact for customers, ensuring a first‑class experience from enquiry through to completion. Responsibilities include:
Providing friendly, professional customer service by phone and email
Preparing, updating and issuing estimates and quotations
Processing repairs, overhauls and parts orders
Managing RFQs and following up with customers
Planning jobs into the workshop and tracking progress
Keeping customers informed on timelines and updates
Supporting the wider Customer Services team
Using internal systems, spreadsheets and pricing tools accurately
Attention to detail is essential, particularly when working with technical information.
About You
Minimum 3 years' customer service and administration experience
Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
Highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise changing workloads
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Professional, reliable and calm under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
