The Role
This position focuses on winning new business and is ideal for an ambitious sales professional eager to build and develop a strong client portfolio from scratch.
You will take ownership of identifying and connecting with new prospects, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and introducing tailored technology solutions that support business objectives. This is a consultative sales role where success comes from understanding client challenges and providing long-term strategic value rather than quick transactional sales.
Working closely with internal technical consultants and service teams, you will help create bespoke solutions for customers while playing a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the South Coast region.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline
Identify and engage with senior decision-makers across a variety of sectors
Hold consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and challenges
Collaborate with internal technical specialists to design tailored IT solutions
Keep CRM records accurate, including sales activity and pipeline forecasting
Consistently work towards revenue targets and business growth objectivesAbout You
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or lead generation
Confident with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Background in IT, technology, telecoms, managed services, or professional services is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools
