Sales/Lettings Consultant Needed
We are working on behalf of a client that are looking for a full time sales/ letting consultant. 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
The client manages a number of properties in Nottingham and are needing a full time sales consultant.
The job role includes ensuring rooms are ready to be occupied, take prospective members to view the rooms, sign up new members.
Ideal candidate must have:
* Must have experience dealing with vulnerable/homeless people.
* Must have a basic understanding of the benefit system.
* Must have a UK Driving Licence.
* Must be confident using computers, Microsoft Word & Excel at the very least.
* Must have admin experience and be able to arrive on the job for the required times.
* You must have good time management skills and be able to work under pressure.
* You must be able to use initiative and have a good eye for detail.
* You must have good people skills as we deal with a variety of tenants daily.
