Site Manager Housing

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established, high-quality volume house builder on a permanent basis in Surrey. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected developer known for delivering premium residential schemes and maintaining high standards across their sites.

The Role:

* Managing day-to-day site operations on a busy residential development

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Driving programme and maintaining build schedules

* Ensuring all health & safety regulations are adhered to

* Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within volume housebuilding

* Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and build processes

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

* A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail
