Autograph Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Goods In Supervisor to join a busy and well-established operation in Avonmouth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading from the front, ensuring goods are received, checked, and processed efficiently while maintaining high standards across the team.

Responsibilities of Goods In Supervisor:

Overseeing the day-to-day Goods In function

Supervising and supporting a small team on shift

Ensuring all deliveries are received, checked, and booked in accurately

Managing stock control and working closely with warehouse and transport teams

Driving efficiency and maintaining a safe, organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive approach with the confidence to lead and support a team

Comfortable working shifts and in a fast-paced setting
