Site Manager – Refurbishment / Light Industrial
Location: Banbury
Start Date: Friday 24th April (Site Induction)
Duration: Approx. 1 week
Rate: Negotiable

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee works on a light industrial project in Banbury.

This role will involve managing a small team carrying out dismantling, racking and depalletisation works, ensuring productivity targets are met while maintaining high health & safety standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage a small team

* Supervise dismantling, racking and depalletisation activities

* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to target

* Monitor productivity and ensure daily targets are achieved

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Coordinate labour and ensure efficient workflow on site

Minimum Requirements:

* SMSTS preferred (SSSTS as a minimum)

* Proven experience running a site independently

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams

* Experience within refurbishment or light industrial environments

* Good understanding of H&S regulations and site compliance

Working Hours:

* Friday 24th April: Site induction (4 hours)

* Weekend 25th–26th April: 7am – 7pm (12-hour shifts)

* Monday 27th April – Friday 1st May: 8am – 5pm
