Art Teacher

Aspire People is looking for passionate and creative Art Teachers to join schools across Birmingham immediately. This is a long-term, full-time role (5 days per week), ideal for candidates who want to make a real difference in students artistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging art lessons to students of all abilities
Plan and assess inspiring and creative curricula
Encourage student growth, confidence, and creativity
Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider arts programme
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

Qualified teachers (QTS) with experience in Art
Strong subject knowledge and creative flair
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for inspiring students and fostering creativity
