£13.05 per hour + bonus (after 6 months) + overtime at 1.5x
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Packer to join our busy Cradley Heath operation.
This is a fast-paced environment handling stainless steel fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws), where accuracy and consistency are critical. If you take pride in getting things right first time and can keep up with a steady workflow, we want to hear from you.
🔧 The Role
* Picking small components (nuts, bolts, screws) to order
* Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
* Labelling and checking orders for accuracy
* Working to pick lists and order sheets
* Supporting goods-in and stock put-away when required
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
⚡ Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday: 10:30am – 7:30pm
* Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
* Overtime available paid at 1.5x rate

* Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (essential)
* Strong attention to detail – mistakes are not acceptable in this role
* Reliable and punctual – we need people we can depend on
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Good work ethic and team attitude
