What will you do as a Supply Chain and Production manager
* Translate demand forecasts into production plans
* Optimise stock levels and product availability across 20 SKUs
* Source ingredients nationally and internationally, negotiating pricing
* Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners
* Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan
* Quality and compliance managing 3rd party testing
What will you need to be a Supply Chain and Production manager
* Experience working in Wellness / Beauty or FMCG
* Previous experience within a founder led business
* Happy to travel to Brighton once a month
* Must have experience of sourcing raw materials
* Solid global logistics and freight knowledge
* Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
