An award‑winning, high‑growth technology services organisation is looking for an ambitious Finance Director to lead its UK & Ireland finance function.
The Role
As Finance Director (UK & Ireland), you will take full ownership of financial leadership across the UK business and Irish subsidiary, acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership.
You'll drive financial performance, strengthen controls, improve processes, and lead a high‑performing local finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic finance partner to UK & Ireland leadership
Full responsibility for financial control, reporting, and compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 5‑year planning
Drive margin optimisation, pricing, and commercial decision‑making
Deliver insightful management reporting and KPI analysis
Oversee statutory accounts and external audit
Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team
What We're Looking For
Qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
5-10 years' experience in a fast‑paced, commercial environment
Strong IFRS and financial governance knowledge
Proven leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical, commercial, and highly organised
Confident operating in a growth‑focused business
