How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    For our Boutique in London - Mount Street we are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate position.


    SALES ASSOCIATE - JOB MISSION

    The Sales Associate is an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she is responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensures that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner, ensuring an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the client(s) in the boutique.


    Daily Boutique Operations

    • Welcoming customers after the Maison's sales ceremony
    • Providing appropriate support to customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable shopping experience
    • Building strong relationships with current and potential customers by keeping them informed about products and services
    • Actively participating in customer loyalty and CRM processes according to company standards
    • Managing warehouse processes and procedures to ensure proper handling of transfers and returns, as well as inventory control
    • Managing treasury processes and procedures (cash receipts, tax refunds, cash management, etc.)
    • Communicating feedback gathered during customer interactions and contributing to achieving store sales targets
    • Knowledge of English and availability to work during store hours are required


    About You

    We are looking for candidates with previous experience in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs.

    Team-Player approach and Fluent in English.
