Salary will be paid at Outer London Main Pay Scale – M1, reflecting the Early Career Teacher level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to step into a Reception class role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will take full responsibility for a Reception class, delivering engaging, creative, and play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, while developing your teaching practice with expert guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Planning and delivering high-quality EYFS lessons tailored to Reception pupils
• Creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with EYFS standards
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Supporting children with a range of needs, including SEN and EAL
• Reflecting on and developing your teaching practice throughout your ECT year
