As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of your projects from order to final account .
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and coordinate site teams across multiple high-profile projects
* Ensure every element of work meets our exceptional standards and stays on programme
* Take commercial responsibility, including monthly valuations and final accounts
* Act as the face of , building trusted relationships with clients and project teams
* Review drawings, programmes and specifications, and create accurate GJ sub-programmes
* Manage material call-offs from our workshop to keep production and site running smoothly
* Maintain exceptional safety, organisation and professionalism on site
* Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings commitment, competence and a desire to grow. Ideal candidates will have:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, interiors or specialist trades an advantage, but not essential
* Strong commercial awareness
* Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
* Excellent communication skills — clear, professional and client friendly
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
* Ability to read and understand drawings and programmes of works

£40000.00 - £70000.00 per year
