We’re recruiting for an Applications Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on delivering high-quality project solutions and winning new business through effective tendering.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing project opportunities from initial enquiry through to tender submission and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and submitting high-quality technical proposals
Managing and tracking project opportunities through internal systems
Building long-term relationships with contractors and clients
Identifying new project opportunities and contributing to pipeline growth
Supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, from tender to completion
Monitoring forecasts and prioritising high-value opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in an Applications Engineer or similar technical role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and layouts
Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and within a teamWhat’s on Offer
