We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with the opportunity to go permanent and significantly increase your earnings.
Job Details:
* Location: Slough
* Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off (rotating days and nights)
* Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour
* Job Type: Full-time, temp to perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
* Moving stock around the warehouse
* Handling palletised goods
* Supporting general warehouse duties
* Working in a physically demanding environment with lots of walking and heavy lifting
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Experience with FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
* Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
* Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
* Strong work ethic and reliability
Pay & Benefits:
* £14–£16 per hour while temporary
* Permanent salary of £30,600 + bonus once taken on
* Overtime available once permanent:
* Time and a half (T1/2)
* Double time for additional hours
* Excellent earning potential with overtime
* Stable 3 on 3 off shift pattern
