The Opportunity
A growing and dynamic financial services firm is looking to appoint a highly organised Case Manager to support the delivery of commercial finance applications from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This is a fast-paced role where you'll act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, ensuring deals progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of commercial finance cases from submission through to legal stages
Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, brokers, and solicitors
Gather, review, and package client documentation for lender submission
Monitor application progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
Ensure all cases meet internal processes and regulatory requirements
Provide clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
About You
Previous experience within commercial finance, banking, or a brokerage environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of commercial lending products such as bridging finance, development finance, and buy-to-let
Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
