A leading international law firm is seeking an Incentives Associate (3+ PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded team in London.

The Incentives Associate's Role
The successful Incentives Associate will join a collaborative team advising a broad range of clients including listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth organisations.
You will work on a variety of matters, including:
Executive and employee incentive arrangements
Equity and share-based incentive plans
Private equity and M&A-related incentives
Remuneration structures and governance matters
Regulatory and compliance aspects of incentivesYou will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions, while also taking ownership of your own matters and building strong client relationships.
The Incentives Associate
To be considered, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in incentives / employee share schemes / rewards
Have experience gained within a reputable City, national, or international firm
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Be confident working closely with clients and delivering practical advice
Show ambition and a genuine interest in developing within a specialist area
