How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    3 Recruit Ltd are recruitment business and are working with our client based in the Wolverhampton area of the Black Country. They are looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 Tipper driver to join their existing group of drivers. the job is working days Monday to Friday. The hours start from about 06:30am -07:15am and will be working through to between 15:00pm-18:00pm dependimng on the contract you are on. For this Class 2 Tipper role you will need previous experience driving a Tipper as unfortunately they havent got the staff to train a new driver up. You will need to have held your Class 2 licence for 2 years or more and have either a clean licence or upto 6 endorsements for minor offences only (This is to comply with their insurance) The job is mainly running multipke trips between a site to load up and take it to the designated quarry to dispose of.
