How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    An opportunity is available for a Design Projects Co-Ordinator to join the Design, Innovation & Technical team at Head Office in Desborough.

    This is a contract role.

    The Design Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for project managing and administrating targeted customer projects, from customer brief, through to receipt of created material. Also responsible for supporting the project management and administration of new business on-boarding for targeted customer projects & accounts.

    About the role

    * Collate, assess and validate all information for targeted project briefs from customers & internal stakeholders.

    * Booking of Project briefs onto company systems including structural and artwork processes for targeted accounts.

    * Management of Design Project activities through systems/departments, from inception to delivery, ensuring that critical control points are captured, communicated and measured.

    * Follow Right 1st Time Principles, actively supporting the development and optimisation of tools, systems & WoW.

    * Ensure all steps of the Project process are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Report and feedback progress to internal and external stakeholders.

    * Through a stage-gate process, actively lead and support the co-ordination, tracking and recording of projects though the trial and on-boarding process.

    * Identify and leverage Value Creation and Total of Ownership (TCO) principals.

    * Support the co-ordination and completion of targeted customer technical specifications.

    * Completion of targeted customer logistic plans, supporting the optimisation of inbound palletisation solutions.

    * Liaise with stakeholders to support the quality complaint process, including root cause analysis and preventative measures..

    Skills & experience required

    · Interpretation of technical documentation such as structural drawings, artworks, etc.

    · Familiarity with Fefco styles, machine routings and material compositions.

    · Knowledge of palletisation software.

    · Supply Cycle awareness & Total Cost of Ownership principals.

    · Team player willing to drive other staff in delivering the customer’s requirements.

    · Highly motivated and flexible to deal with constantly changing demands with a fast-paced production environment
