Salary: £30,483 (dependant on experience)
Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm – 6am) rotating shift pattern

At our Mansfield site we currently have a requirement for a Warehouse Team Leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse operations.
Ensure control of production movements on a day-to-day basis through to warehouse storage and distribution. Formulate and implement improvements within the Warehouse and to agree and maintain measurable stock levels per product at the site.
* Accountable for accurate recording of warehouse data and system reporting.
* Keep good communication with logistics company
* Present shift data, analyse and hold daily shift reviews with warehouse staff.
* Ensure quality and hygiene standards are always maintained to internal and external accepted standards.
* Investigate root causes of customer / supplier complaints using problem solving techniques.
* Ensure the company health and safety policy is adhered to in the plant.
* Ensure the housekeeping is to agreed standards.
* Work with training matrix to ensure a multi-skilled team, ensuring that all staff are trained to carry out their duties.
* Support Warehouse team by carrying out warehouse duties as and when required.
* Support the site by assisting any department if required.
Experience Required:
* Experience within a fast paced warehousing environment, familiar with processes and warehousing systems
* Team lead experience – able to identify training requirements
* Strong understanding of H&S requirements within a fast paced warehousing environment
* Excellent communicate skills – written and verbal
* Adaptable and approachable
* Valid FLT License
