How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    A rare opportunity to step into a Community Clinical Lead Nurse role where your clinical expertise is valued, your caseload is genuinely manageable, and your focus stays on delivering high-quality care to both adults and children. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most trusted and reputable complex care providers, delivering over 20,000 hours of care each week.

    In this Community Clinical Lead Nurse role, you will oversee a small caseload of 6 to 8 adult and paediatric complex care packages across the community, with hybrid working including 1 to 2 days from home. As a Clinical Lead Nurse and Complex Care Nurse, you will have protected time for assessments and clinical oversight, allowing you to focus on quality, safety, and outcomes.

    Package & Benefits

    Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance.
    45p per mile business mileage and hybrid working including 1 to 2 days from home.
    Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with no nights or weekends.
    28 days annual leave and private pension scheme.

    Key Responsibilities

    Act as the named clinical lead for a defined caseload of adult and paediatric complex care packages.
    Complete clinical assessments, reviews, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
    Develop and review personalised care plans and provide clinical oversight to community teams.
    Deliver clinical training, competency assessments, and work collaboratively with MDTs, commissioners, and partner services.
    About You

    Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and minimum 18 months UK experience including complex care.
    Experience supporting adults or children with complex health needs in a community or similar setting.
    Experience taking clinical leadership responsibility such as senior shifts, mentoring, or supervision.
